The 5-Minute Tropical Escape. Let’s be honest—some days, the closest we’re getting to a vacation is the hot blast of air we get when we open the oven. Enter: the Mango Pineapple Smoothie. It’s a vacation in your blender. No sunscreen, no packing, no digestive disasters.
If you want to get more fruit into your diet then today is the day to throw on your ski jacket and head to the freezer section of your local store to stock up on fruit. We have a great Gluten Free Berry Smoothie Bowl and a Gluten Free Berry Bliss Smoothie that we know you will love! Need a new blender? This one is our favorite for professional quality results.
*Heads up! This post contains affiliate links, which means if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission—at no extra cost to you. It’s like tipping your favorite gluten free chaos crew (that’s us!) so we can keep testing recipes and washing endless dishes. We only recommend products we actually use and love—no shady stuff, pinky promise.

This smoothie is bursting with tropical flavors, naturally gluten free (because of course it is), and easy peasy lime squeezy (see what I did there? Yes, get your lime out). Whether you’re trying to sneak in a quick breakfast, survive the afternoon snack attack, or just desperately need to sip something that isn’t cold coffee, this smoothie is your go-to.
And the best part? It looks impressive, tastes amazing, and hides whatever chaos is going on behind the scenes.
Pineapple Mango Smoothie
Yield: 2 servings
Prep time: 5 minutesCook time: 0 minutes (unless you burn your mouth on the blender blades, which we do not recommend)
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango chunks (about 165 g)
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (about 165 g)
1 banana (medium, preferably not deceased)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (240 mL)
½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt of choice (120 g)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on your sweet tooth’s mood)
Juice of ½ lime (trust me, it's delish)
Instructions:
Throw everything in a blender.
Blend until smooth, creamy, and vaguely reminiscent of that one time you drank a piña colada at 11 a.m. Consider adding rum but resist because you are a very good girl/boy now.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into your cleanest glass (or mason jar if you’re feeling rustic) and top with a chunk of pineapple or a cocktail umbrella if you’re extra.
